Amanda Razani

Amanda Razani is a technology journalist, podcast host, moderator, and speaker dedicated to fostering

Gabe Menchaca
Vice President

Gabe Menchaca is a founder and board member of the Concho Valley Tech Alliance, where he helps connect people, businesses, and organizations through technology education and collaboration.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran originally from San Saba, Gabe has called San Angelo home since 2017. He brings more than two decades of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Manager of Information Security. He holds CISSP and CISM certifications.

Gabe also owns Angelo Technical, LLC, and hosts the A/T Podcast, featuring conversations with people shaping the San Angelo community. Through his work with CVTA, he is passionate about making technology approachable and helping the Concho Valley navigate the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys photography, video production, and getting to know the people behind the stories in his community.

Scott Tankersley
Treasurer

Scott Tankersley is a Certified Residential Appraiser and owner of Scott Tankersley Appraisals LLC. He has worked in residential appraisal for the past 24 years.

Scott graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2003, he graduated from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU.

He worked for The First National Bank of Mertzon from 1995 until 2008, serving in every area of the bank, including as Branch Manager. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The First National Bank of Mertzon.

In 2008, Scott joined CalTech as Professional Services Manager. He retired in 2019 to focus on real estate appraisal full time.

Scott is also involved with Goodfellow Air Force Base as a member of the Honorary Commanders group and as a Civic Leader for Goodfellow’s Air Education and Training Command group.
